Booking Terms – Villa Spalona

1. Booking ✨

• You can make a booking through the form on the website, by email: kontakt@villaspalona.pl, or by phone.
• Failure to make payment within 48 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the preliminary booking.

2. Payments 💳

• The remaining amount is payable no later than 7 days before arrival.
• We accept bank transfers and fast online payments.

3. Cancellations and Booking Changes 🔄

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival – full deposit refund.
• Cancellation between 29 and 14 days – 50% deposit refund.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – deposit is non-refundable.
• Date changes are possible subject to property availability.

4. Stay at the Property 🏡

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
• Maximum number of guests: 6 people.
• Parties and commercial events require prior approval from the host.
• The property has outdoor security cameras – for guest safety only.

5. Amenity Usage Rules 🌿🔥💦

• The sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor cinema, and water equipment are available exclusively to guests with an active booking.
• Children may use the jacuzzi and sauna only under adult supervision.
• Water equipment (SUP, water bikes, scooters) requires advance booking and signing of the usage agreement.

6. Liability and Damages 🛡️

• Guests are liable for any damages incurred during their stay.
• Smoking inside the building is prohibited – fine of 500 PLN.
• In case of lost keys – fee of 150 PLN.

7. Personal Data Processing 🔐

• Data provided during booking is used solely for the purpose of managing your stay.
